On the delcaration card just give them the new current address....

Never seen them print an address on a K-1 visa but people move all the time, and also POE's change at random do to tickets and flights and all so don't worry.

No rule about having money. If you have more than 10,000 dollars you have to declare it though. You have to have the address of course of where you're staying, a phone number and declare any items you have. (just make sure you don't bring in food, beverages, or any counterfeit merchandise) POE is point of entry, that's when you first go to America. So, if your destination is say Utah you'd probably connect somewhere first. As an example lets say California, California is your POE, you'll get your bags at the POE then have them checked at customs and then you have to recheck them to your final destination. You wouldn't have to go through customs again in Utah though. Just the one time when you first enter the United States.
