very confusing, i called uscis several times and still cannot get a straight answer.

my fiance at the time on a k1 visa was denied entry and expedited removal with 5yr ban was done

as the cbp said the visa was fraud and revoked it.

now we married and approved i-130 petition for spouse cr-1 visa. i sent the form to the L/A. field office

and they returned it saying it should go to the AZ lockbox instead. The instructions on the 212 form seems to indicate it shouldnt go there.

I called the cbp at lax and they said it should be filed in the embassy of her country where she lives now.

So i still cant figure out if the AZ address is right or should it be in the home country embassy...???

Did you call the AZ lockbox or her home countries embassy? Why did cbp say it was fraudulent? She made it through the whole fiance visa process and was denied entry? That's definitely odd.

Wow that's crazy. I did try looking it up and we'd definitely need to a little bit more info to help. Here's the link to all the instructions I'm sure you've seen them. https://www.uscis.gov/forms/direct-filing-addresses-form-i-212-application-permission-reapply-admission-united-states-after-deportation-or-removal

You're going for an immigrant visa obviously, but other forms that you previously submitted seem to make a difference.
