Completion of I-693 Form (from K1 Visa with Class B1 medical condition)

Hi everyone,

 

I would just like to seek advise from someone who has the same situation like me.

My medical result from my home country is CLASS B1 because they saw something on my x-ray, but I was cleared with sputum examination. Right now, I am living in California and adjusting my status from K1 Visa to permanent residence (Green Card), we had an interview on May 19, 2017 and as per USCIS letter, I need to submit I-693.

 

My concern is, in completing the I-693 form do I only require to complete Parts 1, 2, 3, 4, 6 and 9 as instructed at USCIS guidelines? 

Or is there other part in the form that I need to complete since my previous medical is CLASS B1 condition?

 

I appreciate your insight regarding my concern. Thank you in advance! :)

AOS Journey:

July 1, 2016 : Arrived in US with K1 Visa

August 20, 2016 : Got Married in California :luv:

  • August 26, 2016 - Submitted our AOS Package (I-130 & I-485)
  • August 30, 2016 - Package arrived at USCIS Chicage Lockbox
  • September 6, 2016 - Received text and email receipt notice that i-130 and i-485 application has been received
  • September 10, 2016 - Received hard copies of NOAs in mail for both applications. Notice date is September 3, 2016
  • September 16, 2016 - Received biometric Appointment Notice in mail
  • September 26, 2016 - Biometric Appointment at USCIS San Jose, CA
  • October 19, 2016 - Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview
  • November 1, 2016 - Advance Parole (AP) Document was produced
  • November 5, 2016 - Received the original AP approval notice in mail
