Hey guys. Doing the fnishing touches on the I-130.

For proof of Bona Fide Marriage evidence I currently have:

Keep in mind I am out of status for 3 years and have lived in america for 3 years.

1. Joint Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance. Dating back 2 years

2. Joint Life insurance Policy

3. 3 years of IRS returns showing Both names

4. Joint Bank account

5. Documentary of Relationship of 4 years Includes: Short written Chronology of our relationship, Skype conversations sample (3 pages), Airplane Tickets and Boarding passes of trip here, Photos of family gatherings such as Pictures with each others parents.

I dont have wedding photos tho. It was a tiny ceremony and we didn't think to take photos at the time.

Hows it looking? Anything I should add? Opinions?

Honestly it looks good on my end. You have successfully co-mingled finances and everything else so that should not be a problem. They may ask about the pictures so be prepared for it, but on my end it looks pretty good. Good luck going forward.

You should be good. I had less proof than that 5 years ago when I submitted my I-130, I-485 and I-765, and it went smoothly. The only issue we had was proving that my wife made 125% over the poverty limit because she had just recently started working full time. But our proof of bonafide marriage was fine.

I'm already gathering evidence for either the AOS or ROC interview.

So far we have:

Marriage certificate

A joint savings account  (my husband will soon add me to his bank account )

Leasing contract in both our names

One wedding invitation (pictures will follow )

Proof of our trip to Florida (hotel receipts and pictures taken of us)

We will of course add a copy of our driver's licenses, copy of life insurance where we are each other's beneficiary (my husband already added me as his beneficiary) when we receive the documents.

As of right now each of us has their own health care insurance since my husband can't afford paying  $700/month for the both of us and paying  $5,000 out of pocket before the insurance covers us.

We'll change that once I found a job. I'm still waiting for my EAD.

The utility bills are all in his name. He was only able to add me as an authorized user.

What else could I add for an AOS interview? ROC doesn't matter right now.
