Good afternoon VJ family this a bit off topic. But husband is in Ghana can someone please inform me as to how or what phone service I can use with my mobile device so I can be able to call him more. The service I use is way to expensive...... thanks

We live live in Ireland but a few years ago my wife's parents sent us a a magicjack as a gift. When you register it you can choose a US phone number from any state, all phone calls to US and Canada are free. When he plugs it in to his modem you just dial his American number to get through and for you its a local call but if he dials you its free.

 

When we are last over on holidays we picked up the latest version which plugs direct in to your modem, there is also a mobile version just be careful of any data charges. Price is around $35 http://www.magicjack.com/ buy one and send it over.

i would instal skype or viber then you can call for free as long as you both have internet connection.
