Hello Everyone.

I am new to this site and already find it extremely helpful. I am just lost at writing questions for others to respond to here. I do not see any place but in new topics. So i will write my question here.

Hopefully you can see my timeline here. I just filled out my timeline and it tells me the normal time for processing is past, by a month, by others experiences in CSC. I have already figured the USCIS site is utterly useless, as is calling there.

1) Is this normal to wait over 110 days for approval in CSC?(124 days for I-130)

2) What else can I do but wait? I see others have been approved for a month or more now , I am worried our papers are lost.

Thank you in advance for responces, I am glad to be in good company of others who understand how hard waiting for nothing is. I am grateful to you all. :)

First, Welcome to VJ ! Second, no, it is not abnormal to wait 110 days,especially if your petition is at CSC. Maybe the fast approvals you see are from people who had their petitions at Vermont, which is quicker in processing .

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

I am waiting for my I 129F approval too. It has been just over 3 months now. My I 130 took about 3 1/2 months, so here's hoping it is coming soon.
