Hey everyone, I just wanted to post a topic here because I filed a Cr1/ I-130 for my husband back in November 2016 and it's been 5 months and I haven't heard nothing yet.. Is there anyone out there who may have gotten approved or have heard from USCIS since submission, other than a NOA1? If so, please be so kind and respond to this post. Thanks!!

I am sorry to say, you probably have a little more time to wait. I have a friend who filed in September. Her case was sent to Nebraska and she just got her NOA2 last week. They seem to be quite behind.

Our PD is Nov. 8,2016 and until now, nothing. We are in Nebraska. So frustrating but as you see on VJ processing time. Mostly September and October are getting approvals. So hopefully, we will have ours May next month.
