I-751 received by USCIS today

I sent it to them on the 8th and USPS tried to deliver it on friday the 6th but couldnt get anyone to sign for it but they finally delivered it on the 9th and it was the same date when my wife's GC is expring. Will it be ok?

You should be fine. Just keep all documentation showing it was undeliverable on the first attempt.

You are not indicating where you sent it - to which USCIS.

The USCIS and NVC use POST OFFICE BOXES and send their personnel to PICK UP THE MAIL at that particular POST OFFICE. If the USCIS personnel don't show up that day or if the item arrives after they have already been there for that day (very early in the morning, btw) the item will be SCANNED anyway indicating "attempted delivery" and will remain at that Post Office until the next business day when a USCIS/NVC employee will be dispatched to pick up the mail.

I sent it to The Texas Service Center.......that does make sense since it was delivered and signed at 5:00 AM this morning.....

TSC cashed the money order.....thats a good thing right? meaning they accepted the petition?

Cashing the check is usually a sign that your packet was received and began processing.

Got the biometrics receipt....does anyone know if the receipt number on this one will ever work or will I get another receipt number that will work?
