well, first, there's no choice for F2A. So, I just put IR. Whoops. 

Second, I gave every single fee to our lawyers associate. Third, I told the lady associate that NVC states that no progress has been made to our case. Forth, the lawyers office replied that everything is paid for, and the NVC just has our completed I130. That our case has moved forward to somewhere else.... 

 

Fifth, can you guys give me some tips on what type of questions I need to ask our lawyers associate??

your lawyer is lying to you. first of all the letter say that your visa category is F2A if you are a citizen it should be CR1

it probably fake the letter. if i was you i would fired the lawyer and finish the process my self.

you need to ask him if hes fill out the DS260 and to send your the page confirmation also asking to send you the receipt of the payment. call NVC ask them for you case number and invoice them log in into  https://ceac.state.gov/ceac/ it will told you if the fee has been pay if they not has be pay screenshot it the page and show it to your lawyer

my husband has been trying to call the lawyer since 10am, but they busy. but, will ask. 

you need to stay on top of them if you want your husband to come to usa.
