Why is difficult to get an appointment at the US Consulate in Juarez??

This taking forever.

We've been waiting since 2014.

Is it scheduled randomly??

I cant get through to a person at the consulate....

Tired of waiting, but of course going to keep waiting....

FYI- yes, I made a wrong move by hiring a  lawyer. She says she'll be calling everyday for them to give her a visa interview.

What number does she call??because the one I got from VisaJourney isnt working

By your timeline technically only been waiting since 2016 once completed at NVC level. As to what the hold up is now, I would be frantic honestly because if no action is taken on a case eventually it is considered abandoned.

Maria,

My lawyers associate stated that our case is no longer at NVC. That our case is only due for a Interview. So, I have no idea who are the ones that will notify her of an open Interview slot, maybe the consulate.

She is handling everything. I just call to make sure that she keeps calling. Whomever she calls....

I've called before a couple of times, and the same reply "you have nuot completed the six steps", "your case has been inactive for a year", you still haven't paid any fees", and I reply them that my lawyers took care of everything.

How did my lawyers associate retrieve this NVC letter??58f67cb7ce17c_nvcletter.png.851e2c0c66e99f777621373991391348.png
