Hey everyone, 

I am mailing the package next week. Any feedback would be appreciated. Thank you ! Hopefully we have everything required.

Dear Sir/Madam:

Please find Form I-751 and materials to support removal of conditions on residence for XXXX. USCIS granted XXXX conditional permanent residence on July 20, 2015.

 

Contents include:

Folder A:

· Original First Tech Federal Credit Union Personal Check (with both our names on it), in the amount of $680 for payment of the I-751 Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence + Biometric fee

· Photocopy of USCIS Form I-551 front and back (Permanent Resident Card)

· Original Form I-751 filled and signed by XXXX and XXXX

· Photocopy of our driver license showing the same address

Folder B:

· Joint IRS transcript (2016, 2015, 2014)

· Joint Oregon state tax return (2016, 2015, 2014)

· 2014 notice of proposed adjustment from the state of Oregon

· Co-owned real estate deed:  since March, 2015 

· Property tax bills  (2016-2017, 2015-2016)

· Joint flood insurance FEMA  (2016-2017, 2015-2016)

· Joint homeowner insurance (2017-2018, 2016-2017, 2015-2016)

· Joint umbrella insurance (2016-2017)

· Co-owned homeownership: (sold on November 3, 2015)

· Car title- co-owners , purchase contract

· Car title- co-owners  2

· Joint car insurance 

· Other various joint car insurance

Folder C:

· Health insurance covering both of us

· survivor civil service annuity for XXXX

· Beneficiary designation  Transamerica Advisors Life Insurance

· Beneficiary designation  IRA account

· Beneficiary designation  New York Life Insurance Company

· XXXX last will and testament

· XXXX last will and testament

· Joint Merrill Lynch investment account monthly statements (January, 2015 to March, 2017)

· Joint US Bank account and monthly statements (January, 2015 to March, 2017)

Folder D:

· Joint First Tech Federal Credit Union account- ten Verifications of Deposit (from January, 2015 to April, 2017 ) plus monthly statements (January, 2015 to March, 2017)

· Joint American Airlines credit card bills

Folder F:

· Joint Costo Membership

· Joint Frontier gift card

· Online shopping invoices and various bills with both our names

· Five photos of us (with family)

· Utility bills: electricity, water, cable, internet, gas (2 years). 

 

I am the only applicant, is our check amount ($680) correct?

Did we miss any other required documents?
