The immigration officer looking at the AOS forms will look at each one separately, so as long as you earn 30,375 you will be satisfy the requirements.

 

You will complete an I 864 for your mother and your provable income needs to be 30,375 or more.

 

You will complete a separate I864 for your father. Your provable income needs to be 30,375 or more.

 

You do not have to earn 30,375 for each one, giving a sum of 60,750.

 

You just need to earn 30375 or more.
