NVC emailed me that I need to bring Financial Evidence and AOS form to interview with me. I am not sure what we did wrong in the form as we filled it correctly. This is the second time we have sent it to them, last time we had to mail it to their address but still they dont think its correct.

Could it have something to do with sponsor's income level not being sufficient. How do we proceed now ? Can i change the sponsor with a higher income level ? Can you list down docs that are considered financial evidence and any tips for filling AOS form correctly?

They just said that we filled incorrect fields in the basis for filing affidavit of support section. OR did not fill the fields in this section.

I am unsure if they will approve my case at interview time because of this issue. How do I prepare for interview and resolve this situation.

Thanks

Who is the immigrant, who is the petitioner, who is the sponsor(s)? What is the sponsors income?

Financial evidence includes IRS transcripts, employment letter and paystubs. Proof of assets if income is insufficient.

If it isn't difficult, it isn't worth it.

I am the immigrant, My wife is the petitioner (she is a US citizen), The Sponsor is her uncle and his income is about $70000 a year. My wife works part-time so her income is insufficient and we have used the joint sponsor option to show financial evidence and support in the case.
