I never received this letter reminder and I'm aware of this but I still filed my RoC within the 90 days period of my GC card expiration date. Probably because I changed my address. Just not sure if they send it to my old address though but I did filed AR-11 back then. It's good that you have this.

@Springrain22 we're in america and you know how many scammers want to hack people information here unless you're not aware. Again, I did mentioned on my post that I'm just curios since no one mention this letter on this group. Thanks!

Well maybe not on the first page you were looking at but certainly in the past people talked about this letter. It all takes to use the advanced search function.

@charmanderI'm new in this group and i was not able to explore the functionality of this website and thought that it's good to ask since there are members here who were more experienced when it comes to immigration. I'm just relying on people who can give good comments but seems that there were people here that will make you feel stupid by asking questions instead of providing good feedback, though I clarify about my curiosity.

This can be a tough crowd sometimes. Most people are on here to help, others not so much.  Useless and demeaning comments don't do anybody any good.

Honestly, I will hold my hand up and say I cheated... I hired a lawyer, sat back, let him do the work, let the stress of the process slide off me and breathed a sigh of relief. The process to me was mind boggling.... I have completed the whole process now, but honestly, had I done it on my own I would not of had a darn clue.  This is a group where we are here to offer advice on subjects we are knowledgeable of, and share experiences we are familiar with. You are absolutely correct to feel free to ask any questions you unsure of without feeling belittled or silly for doing so in the process.  Im sorry for your experienced on VJ. Stick with us.... there are many many people on this group who's advise is invaluable and very knowledgeable .

I will be submitting my ROC package (hopefully) later this week. I haven't received this letter. I have moved since AOS,  but USCIS has sent me mail to my new address  ( I had to file an I-90 grrrr!!)

 

I have read on VJ that it seems common enough for people who have moved, to not receive this letter...do you think it gets sent to the old address? Is it a case of the left hand not talking to the right hand? Or for some people it randomly doesn't get sent at all?

 

In any case, I am good to send of my ROC application, just curious if anyone else presently, has experienced the same/different??
