Hi all,

I'm reaching out in hopes that I could get some advice. I have been eagerly waiting for my i751 approval (has been just over a year). However, it seems I have misplaced my conditional PR card that expires near the end of May 2016. I do still have my NOA 1 year extension letter and still have my InfoPass appointment schedule for 4/24/2017.

The broad question is what should I do? Can I still get the 1 year i551 stamp without my expiring conditional PR card, as I believe they will take that away anyway? Applying for a replacement card doesn't seem to make sense in my case, nor does it seem possible, as I am already waiting for my unconditional PR card?

Any thoughts, comments, or past experiences are greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I lost my letter around the year mark. You can definitely still apply for the stamp (and you should!) in case you need to show your residency.

You're right, you can't apply for a replacement card.

Good luck at the info pass!

Thanks Mollie and ff for the prompt feedback!

When I looked at the i90 it stated the following:

Use this form to replace a Green Card.

DO NOT submit this form if you are a conditional resident seeking to remove conditions on your Green Card. If you are a conditional resident, you must submit one of the following:

OR

So i90 is off the table. I just hope at the InfoPass appointment, they will be understanding that my conditional card has been lost and provide the i551 stamp with my passport, other ID and my NOA letter.
