Hello all, finally getting this started and of course don't want to mess it up...  Thanks for your response and all of the collective information on the site.

Part 2, #15.a through 15.h:  "If your fiancé(e) is currently in the United States, complete the following:"

Fiancé is not currently in the US, so I am inclined to skip this section. However she lives near the border and crosses often with a B1/B2 Visa, Border Crossing Card. Additionally she currently has a valid I-94 (referenced in 15.b and 15.d)

The I-129f guide offers this:      1.    The answers to Item Numbers 15.e., 15.f., 15.g., and 15.h. in Part 2. of this form should be in reference to the passport or travel document used at the last entry into the United States.

So… I fill in all this information?  The extra wrinkle is that she is currently residing in her home country (Mexico) to satisfy the “two-year rule” on her former J-1 student visa which requires her to reside in her home country for a period of two years before she can change her visa status. I do not in any way want to imply that she is currently in/residing in the US.

Part 2, #28.a through 28.d:  "Address in the United States where your fiancé(e) intends to live."

What is the significance of this? We currently reside together in fiancé’s home country. We don’t have an intended address. I could put down my parent’s address but we don’t intend to end up living there.

For the questions 15.a-h, they can be a bit tricky; however, because she isn't in the US currently I would leave it blank. 15.e-h would be the information she used for her last entry if she was currently in the US.

Part 2, #28.a-d - Since you and your fiance will be living in the US, where are you going to live? If you're unsure you can use your parents address and it should be okay. Most couples use their parents address, or the address their living in currently in the US but most of the time end up moving afterwards into their own place. I'm an example as my fiance and I will be living with my sister until we can save up enough to buy a house.
