I think the video shows quite clearly that they had a confrontation, and then were separated. At that point I would consider it to have "ended". There was no reason for it to continue. However, you then see the man come back into view of the camera and head towards her. He was clearly interested in continuing the confrontation. That was on him, and he is guilty of that second punch, in my opinion based on the information I have.

I am totally in agreement with almost everything you said right here. But the only aspect of the confrontation "ending" would be when everything died down completely.This point in time there is a mob mentality on both sides going on and their blood is up right then, which meant nobody was going to stop anything at that time. Then it led further into what the extreme fighting became. 

 

The second punch I can see why he did it because she got pushed away but she then came back with her balled fists expecting a confrontation. The guy in the blue shirt then decided to end any idea of her continuing that confrontation. You don't get into a melee or a fight and expect not to get hit, that is a simple rule to fight club.

In the video she seems to stay in about the same place. The video zooms in on him in the background (a little ways away). She did not go towards him. He went towards her it seems. The videographer didn't move and the woman stayed relatively in the same area. He moved towards her initially.

 

Unfortunately we don't get the clearest picture since the man was "off camera" until the very last second. Yes at the end she turns right and starts moving forward with her arms out (hands open). While that could have been an "attacking gesture", it was still the man who sought her out.

 

The only way for things to "die down completely" are for people to stop. That guy had the opportunity to stop, and to not confront the woman anymore. They were separated. He could have walked away (or attacked someone else, or anything else for that matter).

She just came to scalp people and involved herself with a weapon (because in the eyes of the law its a weapon) because she wanted to peacefully protest.

Hey man I had actual work I had to do, and then I had to go home to my wife and 4 kids. I can't live on this forum all the time you know. I would have been able to find it but this thread literally exploded overnight.

I am favorable to the 3% camp yes, because I believe in the constitution and the rule of law. But I am not against this country or this government at all. I just like hanging out with some guys, learn some new training, and shot guns, that's a fun day for me so. But overall here in California they love the Feds but believe in smaller government but hate the state government honestly. 

 

What is wrong with being proud of your country, and when did that turn in to a bad thing?

In fairness I believe the wine bottle played a roll in the earlier confrontation, captured around the 10 second mark in the video.

 

That confrontation isn't as clearly documented in the video. It is very hard (or just simply not shown) to see what her actions with the wine bottle were. Furthermore it appears as soon as the video started she was already holding the bottle, so it doesn't attest to whether it was something she brought with her as a weapon or a "found item" that was obtained as a form of protection in between attacks.

Yes he is. He was not honorably discharged from his duties. He also decided it would be fun to assault a cab driver he thought was from Iraq. Brown skin = evil. He was convicted of armed robbery and assault - all for $43. But obtaining the money wasn't important in his actions - unlike other robbers, he just did it because he could to a person he hated. He has a long history of drug and alcohol abuse, and a long history of being a Nazi. He furthermore has a history of inciting violence, sending threating messages, and harassing individuals in the area.

Yeah the part about him beating up and robbing someone is not cool at all and I glad he was convicted of that crime. The other part about drug and alcohol abuse is pretty common for those of us Marines who have seen combat. Some people take the pain and put it into other places like drugs or alcohol which to me is really sad because I have already had a couple friends of mine I served with in Iraq commit suicide due to PTSD. 

 

I looked at some of their stuff right now and Identity Evropa does not look like Nazis, it looks like a White Nationalist Party. The same way the BLM looks like to me as well. It's like nowadays anything having to do with promoting anything to do with being white is suddenly racist and you are labelled a Nazi. I am just asking why that is?

My grandfather would have said there is no difference between a White Nationalist and a Nazi. It comes from the same hatred and desire to push in the same agenda in a new 'pretty package'. They idolize the things Hitler wanted and stood for, and have the same vision and plan for America. They do not love their country. They only love themselves and people like them. Promoting being white? What is there to promote? America is a nation of immigrants. A large part are people that came from other countries that happen to have white skin.. and yet we do honor those heritages and immigrants - the Irish, the Jewish, the Italians, the Greeks, the Germans etc etc etc. We are diverse now, with tons of other cultures to celebrate in addition to these. But promote one's skin tone over another? No. There is nothing superior in that, there is nothing to promote. That is inherently not what they are doing, and you know it.

 

So sorry, I'm with grandpa on this one.
