I don't know if those folks have anything to do with the 3%rs or the protest organizors but those are not things Trump supporters should be embracing.

Agreed. Just like the same can be said for "the left" supporting throwing glass bottles at people and starting physical altercations.

 

Even if there are "left people" protesting violently right now than "right people", we are talking about one minority being slightly larger than another minority. The majority on both sides would prefer it to not get violent.

Rosealma traveled to Berkeley with her boyfriend and two other friends – all members of the Antifa anti-facist collective — from Southern California on Saturday to take part in a counter demonstration at a Patriot’s Day event organized by alt right and neo-nazi groups including the Proud Boys.

I'm sure people can provide stories of "innocent people" on the right who were attacked as well.

 

Bottom line this was two groups of people who are angry and hate each other. I'm sure a number of small one on one altercations took place throughout the area and that escalated to a fight. No one will be able to say "This is the one event that started it all, and therefore it was clearly "X's" fault". Trying to argue it was one side over the other is just pointless. They were all a bunch of idiots.

I agree, but I also agree that the protest was a provocation. Neo-nazis and white supremacists coming to one of the world's premiere universities, to promote anti-American values seems like a recipe for disaster. It's no different than the Klan planning a demonstration at the MLK memorial in Georgia. They came looking for trouble, and they found it. They ought to think twice before coming back to California again.

As I told you before, more people than you think that, I'm not always talking about you  I did mention you by name when I said when I see you again I'll ask you if you believe it's still ok to punch a nazi in the face even if she's a woman. I wait here.
