Yes, an updated intent to marry I believe is required. Either way bring one. What do you mean by cover photo on how to gather documents for the interview? The embassy/consulate in the Philippines will send you an instruction packet.

If you only just got the NOA1 just sit back and wait for NOA2. Don't start gathering evidence yet, unless it's photos/text screenshots etc.

06-04-2007 = TSC stamps postal return-receipt for I-129f.

06-11-2007 = NOA1 date (unknown to me).

07-20-2007 = Phoned Immigration Officer; got WAC#; where's NOA1?

09-25-2007 = Touch (first-ever).

09-28-2007 = NOA1, 23 days after their 45-day promise to send it (grrrr).

10-20 & 11-14-2007 = Phoned ImmOffs; "still pending."

12-11-2007 = 180 days; file is "between workstations, may be early Jan."; touches 12/11 & 12/12.

12-18-2007 = Call; file is with Division 9 ofcr. (bckgrnd check); e-prompt to shake it; touch.

12-19-2007 = NOA2 by e-mail & web, dated 12-18-07 (187 days; 201 per VJ); in mail 12/24/07.

01-09-2008 = File from USCIS to NVC, 1-4-08; NVC creates file, 1/15/08; to consulate 1/16/08.

01-23-2008 = Consulate gets file; outdated Packet 4 mailed to fiancee 1/27/08; rec'd 3/3/08.

04-29-2008 = Fiancee's 4-min. consular interview, 8:30 a.m.; much evidence brought but not allowed to be presented (consul: "More proof! Second interview! Bring your fiance!").

05-05-2008 = Infuriating $12 call to non-English-speaking consulate appointment-setter.

05-06-2008 = Better $12 call to English-speaker; "joint" interview date 6/30/08 (my selection).

06-30-2008 = Stokes Interrogations w/Ecuadorian (not USC); "wait 2 weeks; we'll mail her."

07-2008 = Daily calls to DOS: "currently processing"; 8/05 = Phoned consulate, got Section Chief; wrote him.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).

Congratulations you are on your way to a process that is going to require from you a lot of patience.  Having said that, there is really not much you can do now while waiting for your NOA2/approval.  But, there is some house keeping you can do.

1. Update your VJ profile and then you will see your information below your name populated with the information for others to use to answer your questions. To do so go to the upper right hand corner, select your name and under your name chose "my profile". Next under your picture you choose "Edit my Profile". Under profile settings scroll to the bottom of the page and you see two areas (Profile Information and Immigration Information) that accommodates vital additional information to help others in their reply to your question(s).

2. Get the Embassy letter for the preparation for the interview - link is here https://ph.usembassy.gov/visas/immigrant-visas/fiancee-visa/  Use it as a check list for everything you need for the interview in Manila.

3. Check your passport to be sure that it is valid and that your name is correct.  If there are errors, now is the time to get it fixed.

4. If you don't have a birth certificate then get one and review it for errors. Names are always the culprit with BC's. If you have errors get the BC corrected now.

5. Get your NBI and check it for errors. Be sure that when the search your name to produce the report that the search under ALL NAMES you have used better know as AKA. If they don't search AKA then you will have problems with this document during your interview.

6. Get a CENOMAR and check it for errors.

7. There are two websites then help you along with this process http://visaconnection-philippines.com/ and the link below in my signature box.

8. There is other information specific to USEM here: https://ph.usembassy.gov/visas/immigrant-visas/fiancee-visa/the-interview/

Post your questions in this forum as there are many here that understand and can help you for processing through USEM (US Embassy Manila).

To answer your question about the Letter of Intent to marry, do you need a new one for the visa interview in Manila??   NO!   USEM has not asked for the LOI in over 6 years.

Greenbaum gave you some good links.   The embassy instructions letter should be used for your CHECKLIST to get things completed for the interview.
