I-130 spouse name different than marriage certificate

Hi,

 

I got married to my wife and submitted the I-130 with using her last name as my name but at the time I submitted the I-130 with the marriage certificate the name on our marriage certificate was her old maiden name. I provided her maiden name in other names used in the I-130 form.

So my question is whether ot not its going to be an issue in our I-130 approval process that I didnt submitt any evidence that has her new last name.

Since the submission she did change her name to match my last name in her home country.

I didn't go the I-130 route but when I submitted my I-485 (AOS) I submitted my marriage certificate signed in my maiden name (because they lied to us) and all of my papers for AOS in my married name. So far I'm good

A marriage certificate is proof of a legal name change.

Yes, that is true but in our country the marriage certificate will always have the old name. So is this going to be an issue?
