Hi! Regarding the Police Clearance requirements, my fiancé lived in Bahrain, and the Philippines for over 3 months. Currently she resides in Canada. I understand she needs a Police Clearance from Bahrain and Philippines and she does have expired clearance from both countries. She never returned to either countries since she moved to Canada. Can we still use both Police Clearance? I checked the State Department's website and found out that some visa dont require a current police clearance as long as the person did not return to live in their previous coutries of residence. Does this apply to K-1 visa as well? Attached is a screenshot of the state department's police clearance instruction. Thank you!

It is possible to get both but if we wait for new police clearance from both countries,  it may delay our application process as we already recieved our NOA2 3 weeks ago out papers should either be on its way to the US Embassy in Montreal or is already there. It takes 3 months to get a clearance from Bahrain and I would think it would take about the same time for Philippines as well.

What you noted is correct - if you have a police clearance from a country and have not returned to the country since then, it can still be used for this purpose. :)
