Issue... Husband sent a request to withdraw the I-30 and then after two weeks he sent another letter to the NVC requesting to cancel the letter of withdrawal and  to continue the spousal visa process..

My question, how will the government treat this scenario? petition was filed 8 months ago, and showed "ADMINISTRATIVE PROCESSING" in the status check for 3 months.. Husband calls the NVC every week for one month and gets the same answer.. Husband asked for some assistance to make the process faster.. two days after the person responded to the request, the status was changed to "IN TRANSIT".. after another two days, the status shows "READY"...

NVC sent the papers to the US Embassy. We are waiting for the appointment letter for the interview.

While it is none of our business your husband should be prepared to explain why he sent in a letter to withdraw, and then cancelled that 2 weeks later. It may come up in the interview, as it is a little suspicious.

Agree with the above. NVC is taking ~11 weeks to even look at documents for IVs...it's entirely possible that they never even read it yet but could take action once they do get to it. Just because it left NVC does not mean the underlying I-130 cannot be withdrawn. I'm not trying to scare you, but just raising awareness that it's possible they just haven't read the withdrawal letter yet.

You said you are waiting for the appointment letter before.

How long is he coming in May? If you don't know when the interview will be, but you are just waiting, it may be close. Like June depending on his country.

It is a long weekend here. The CEAC status "READY" appeared last Monday.. We didn't have the idea that it will go that quick. The purpose of his travel is to visit because we have not been together for 6 months. He came three times last year. We are now hoping that I will get the appointment letter from now till he arrives.

Should be fine. I don't know what the wait times are for medical exams in the Phillipines though.

My wife got her interview date the day we left for a week long trip together. The interview was like 4 weeks from when she got the date, and I think that is a pretty common wait. Just make sure your medical is at least 1 week before the interview, ideally 2 if possible (assuming it isn't one of those places where you do the medical/interview in one, like Mexico I believe).

We will start to wait for the appointment letter tomorrow. (Monday here)..
