I am a U.S citizen by birth. My wife made it to the U.S from Nigeria in October last year and she got her permanent resident card (or green card) 2 months ago.

We did a court wedding in Nigeria but we want to do a church wedding in the U.S on June 4th of this year.

I'm planning on applying for visas for my wife's father, mother and 4 siblings in order for them to attend our church wedding in the U.S in June.

Do you know where I would start in order to get the process rolling?

hi

you don't apply for them, them must each apply individually and be granted on their own merits

each one will have to show strong ties to their country, they may all get the visa or might not, maybe some will get it and not all

they have to apply and take evidence to the interview

Yes, showing strong ties to going back is key (jobs, property, bank accounts, etc.)

In addition to that, they will need to show funds to cover their trips. If you think they do not have the funds, maybe you can write them a letter to present at the consulate explaining the purpose of the trip and saying you will cover a % of the trip (e.g. they will be staying at your place and you will pay any expenses).

Best you do not get involved.

BTW, if any of them have previously travelled, say to Europe or other Western countries, make sure they mention that, it is a big plus to show previous travel and return to the home country.

You actually can. In Texas, for example, a married couple can obtain another marriage licence and marry each other a second time, if they so wish.
