She received a phone call from the Casablanca  Embassy. They also told her that they will only discuss the "why's" with or my  lawyer. Infant a new lawyer!¡ I have one already but he doesn't seem to have an answer for this!!!

well if was returned to usa, you will see status on ceac, that means that was denied then.

nothing to do, apeal the desision cost 600 hundre dollar more expensive that submit a new petition,

you need find out why was denied then see what you can do, if get married or a new k1

How do I find out why was denied?

Usually the best method to find the reason is to recreate the interview.   Ask your fiancé to write down every little thing that happened. What was said ,what each person did.   Be sure to ask about posture and mood changes on the part of the CO.

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

I am so sorry you are facing this. If your case was in fact returned to the US, that means the CO denied the visa. It will be returned to USCIS and they will allow it to expire.

I would highly recommend you contact your local Senator or Congressman and ask them to contact the embassy on your behalf. They may be able to find out why your case was denied, which will help you moving forward. This is what I did when my then fiance's visa was denied. We were fortunate to the exact reasoning and it provided a clear picture for us and the next steps.

You have a couple options from that point. You could refile a K1 visa, appeal the decision which is very expensive, or go there, get married and file a CR1 visa. In either case, you do need to find out why your case was denied so you can address those concerns moving forward.

Good of luck and again I am sorry.

You need to find out why (red flag(s)) your petition was returned to the USA or why you were denied before you try either appealing, reapplying for K1 or going for CR1. The reason is if you don't address the initial "red flag(s)," it will still prevent them from granting you the K1 or CR1 visa in the future...

Good luck!

i have 4 years here with another profil, and all the time a k1 is send back to usa it is becuase was denied at the consulate , they send it back to NVC and NVC send it back to USCIS, at USCIS they let expire or revoke and then send a letter to petitioner saying that the petition expired.

only when they ask for more evidence they let the petition at the consulate, but if it is send it back that mean was denied

When my fiance' visa was sent back to USA and put in AP. They left it there without ever contacting until the time expired and they told me I had to re-apply.  Don't waste your time like I did. Just go there and marry your fiance' and file a spousal visa. Makes me mad every time I think of the wasted time without us being together.
