Does anyone now about the new 129-F form for fiance visa? dated 4/10/17.  The USCIS page for it and the instructions about the 129F do not include the G-325A. But the checklist below does include the G-325A. Is the G-325A required for the new 129F form?

My guess is that the g-325a isn't needed. But why not add it anyway to be on the safe side?

G325A isn't required if using the latest i129F form since everything that was in G325A is now included in the form i129F itself. 

the optional checklist hasn't been updated and is referring to the old form and instructions. See the date on the optional checklist form. It doesn't apply to the latest form.

2015-08-17: I-130 approved

2015-09-23: NVC received file

2015-10-05: NVC assigned Case number, Invoice ID & Beneficiary ID

2016-06-30: DS-261 completed, AOS Fee Paid, WL received

2016-07-05: Received IV invoice, IV Fee Paid

2016-07-06: DS-260 Submitted

2016-07-07: AOS and IV Package mailed

2016-07-08: NVC Scan

2016-08-08: Case Complete

2017-06-30: Interview, approved

2017-07-04: Visa in hand

2017-08-01: Entry to US

It's likely not required anymore. However, there are exactly 0 cases processed with the new form so nobody can say for sure.
