In 2008, my parents started a GC process, labor-approved in april 2008 and EB3 I140 (included me) and I-140 was approved in Jan 2009. In 2014, again started GC process in EB2. I was included in the I-140, but the paperwork reached USCIS one day after my 21st birthday. So, when the dates were current and they were applying for I-485, the employer contact person did not apply for me. I’m currently 23 years old now and my parents received their GC recently. If they apply an I-130 under the F2B unmarried category for me, can I use the previous priority date of the original petition, that is April 2008? If so, what is the process for that?  And are there any other options for me?

Thank you
