Dear Friends,

I have put this cover letter and the documents to submit to USCIS. I am a student on F-1 and my wife is a US citizen. We have been married for more than 2+ years so we have some meaty evidence. I would appreciate if you could check it out and let me know I am missing anything.  The Blue color statements are my questions on specific Documents. Please advise!

Thank you!

Why are you sending college transcripts, enrollement info etc?  You're sending an awful lot of things that may overwhelm the adjudicator

Don't I need to show them that I came on an F-1 Visa and I am still in legal status?

Nope.  Even if you were out of status your i94 shows legal entry.  Showing legal status isn't important either to this as people adjust OOS all of the time.

i think you are fine, but in my opinion you  don't need to send 400 photos. just send the ten most representatives. I our case we made a photocopy of this pics ( 5) and put the copies into the folder . we went with all the albums but only show her 2. The officer saw all of them  and asked questions about people  and took just 2 original photos. is very important to show not only wedding photos you should bring this 400 and more photos to you interview
