Priority date becomes current before case approved?

Good day it seems I have dropped the ball and will have some trouble collecting some of my documents to send off with ds260. My simple question:  what happens if priority date becomes current before my case is approved? Will interview be issued as soon as the case approves seeing that the priority date would be current? 

 

Priority date is September 15 2015. If I get my documents by may it takes 3 months of processing (11 weeks wait period) I imagine by June or July's bulletin my priority date will be current but 11 weeks from May puts me in August. Would my interview be called in August?

right now they are working with priority date of july 15 2015. if you can case become current and your case hast be complete they wont schedule the interview till the case is complete.
