Hi all,

Just to finalize things up, can you guys let me know if i'm missing any and/or if i should add anything else.

 

Here's what I've gathered:

1.     Cover Letter (this page)

2.     Filing Fee – Personal Check for $535

3.    Form I-129F

4.    G-1145 e-Notification of Application/Petition Acceptance

5.     G325A – Biographic Information – 2 copies (1 for Petitioner, 1 for Beneficiary)

6.     Copy of Us Citizen’s Passport – All pages as evidence of citizenship

7.     Four (4) Passport sized photos (2 for Petitioner, 2 for Beneficiary)

8.    Divorce Decree

9.     Letter of Intent to Marry (1 for Petitioner, 1 for Beneficiary-translated)

10. Affidavit – Witness of friends and family members

11. Addendum of Circumstances of Meeting (Timeline of Relationship) – In reference to question 34.a, page 4 of I-129F

12. Proof of Relationship

a.     Photos – pictures of us in different occasions, pictures taken with family & relatives

b.     Chat logs – with screenshots to cross reference & screenshots of us talking through webcam

c.      Airplane tickets, hotel receipts, receipts & pictures of engagement rings

Timeline

Maybe ad in for 12c, copies of passport pages showing entry/exit stamps.

Engagement ring stuff not really needed but can leave it in.

08/15/2014 : Met Online

06/30/2016 : I-129F Packet Sent

11/08/2016 : Interview - APPROVED!

11/23/2016 : POE - Dallas, Texas

From sending of I-129F petiton to POE - 146 days.

 

02/03/2017 - Married 

02/24/2017 - AOS packet sent

06/01/2017 - EAD/AP Combo Card Received in mail

12/06/2017 - I-485 Approved

12/14/2017 - Green Card Received in mail - No Interview
