What address should I put on the letter of intent & supplement documents: my address here where I currently am with my boyfriend or the address where I'll be when I have to go back to France.

At first I thought about putting my address here since this is where I am and where I am completing all the papers, but now I have doubts. The K1 papers really make you look for stupid little details... >.>

Cécile,

The statement of intent does not require an address.

What are the "supplement documents" that you refer to?

i meant like if you have things that don't fit in the G325a.

On the model of the letter of intent it has the address of the person writing it: http://www.visajourney.com/examples/Fiance...r_of_Intent.doc

As an additional note, in case it's not clear. I'm currently on a B2 visa until august and doing the papers from here. I will be back in France for what needs to be done there.

Cécile,

G-325A is looking for addresses of places where you have lived, not places you have visited.

The example statement of intent is written in letter format, and letters typically do show the address of both the sender and the intended recipient. Note, however, that the instructions for I-129f do not ask for a letter. The instructions ask for a statement. Don't use letter format for your statement and you don't have to resolve the issue of what address to use.

TimsDaisy,

For what it's worth I've never signed and dated any attachment to any petition or application that I've submitted to USCIS or DOS. Nor do I sign and date each page of multi-page petitions and applications. I figured the signature block of the petition or application covers all pages, including attached supplemental pages, of the petition or application and so far I gotten away with that.

I do clearly identify the petion name and form number, and the item numbers, on all attachments.

That might be good in from a legal practice sense but I do not think it is required..... at least it is not indicated as such in the instructions to the forms or from information I have read on petition assembly on the USCIS website....

YMMV

It's probably a good idea to skip the all address, it's true that there is no strict procedure to follow about those. I guess I'll save myself headaches.

thanks

I'll just sign them.
