I'm really disappointed and frustrated about the process and people who don't share their experiences in my country : TUNISIA ,
No one is actually guiding me except myself through this, I have been asking How to schedule an interview at the American Embassy in TUNIS,TUNISIA for K1 fiancé VISA
No one answered , Neither the Embassy Does, I called them/Emailed them several times and every time they pass me to the Immigration services where It doesn't go through and I get no answer..
I'm seriously pissed, upset and giving up.

THIS HAS BEEN ALMOST ONE MONTH SINCE MY CASE HAS BEEN READY on CEAC AND I GET NO ANSWER !!!!

I'm disappointed SO !!

Sorry to hear about your frustration. It is not always a clear process, that is for sure.

Have you completed the DS-160 application form yet? From what I can tell on the Embassy website, the DS-160 should be completed and then they will review your file and schedule the interview.

Holy geeze calm down. All countries embassies are different and unless we are Tunisian we aren't going to know the answers. We are all going or have gone through the process ourselves. We are just volunteers on this site. No one HAS TO ANSWER anything since you seem to like to yell. I understand you are frustrated. We all get frustrated with this process but being frustrated isn't going to get you help either. Like someone else said directly message those that have gone through Tunisia. They would best answer your questions.

I'm Sorry if I sound like I'm yelling but I was hoping to get an answer because this has been really strange for me I try to get answers and I don't.
Some people say : wait until the embassy will contact you with the interview date (you pay the fee at the Embassy,
Some others say : pay the fee at postal office and schedule online and go to interview..

that's why I have been waiting for the packet of instructions and my fiancé the American Citizen haven't received anything yet

Sorry to hear this bro, my fiance and I seem to be in the same spot as u with the US embassy Nairobi. Our case got ready on the 28th of March, we got everything including the email from the embassy ( after we had called and emailed them a few times), and now we are waiting to pay the visa fee and schedule an interview but it seems the website cant allow us even pay for the visa fee because there are no available appointment dates, it has been a frustration two weeks.

Waiting is not easy but, if you give up, it is no one else's loss but yours.  Just keep plugging away.  Squeaky wheel gets the oil.  :-).

This entire process is not for the faint of heart.  You sound frustrated yes,  but as others say, you will need to calm down and take the attitude of overcoming one challenge after another.  As one poster wrote, send an email, if they don't reply, keep sending until you get an answer.  Google your questions in addition to looking here on this great site.  Good luck, it's a long road, and your patience will be tested time and again.  Sorry to say, but you'll have to become accustomed to it.  Just keep plugging away and you will get the answers you need.

Don't give up. The process IS slow, in some embassies slower than others . But the process DOES work. You've waited SOO long, what is another month or two? If it means you will be together with your beloved, a few more months you can do it! One man I heard of waited 7 years to marry his bride. On his wedding night his father-in-law stuck him a different daughter. So he made a deal to work for 7 more YEARS for the dad to be able to marry the actual daughter he loved and wanted to be with (story of Jacob from the Bible). So a few more months although seems like a long time, will fly by. Don't waste this time. Use it to better yourself, to get fit, to get ready for your spouse. You can do it! Plus this is great training ground for other things that require enormous patience in the future. As long as all your paperwork is in, then you can be at peace that the process will come to you. Shift your thinking so that your anxiety goes down. Sending you hugs and love. We are with you :)

Don't take what people say as your guide. Embassy will call the number you put in the I-129F to let you know. They will email you instructions on how to fill out DS-160, how to pay for it. In my country we could not setup an appointment until we followed the instructions on how to pay, the way we paid was we had to go to the bank they instructed us and deposit the money, we got a receipt from the bank. Then after few days we got an email receipt from embassy that we paid and we could continue to setup an medical and interview, but every country is different.

MY CASE HAS BEEN READY, MY DS-160 has been done since the 24th MARCH ! I can't handle this anymore

Just since March 24? It hasn't even been a month. If you read around here, some people wait months for their cases to be resolved. Take a chill pill and calm down. You're in this for the LONG run. After this you still have to get married, apply for your adjustment of status, settle in the US, renew your green card and finally apply for citizenship. IT'S A LONG LONG LONG JOURNEY. And a very frustrating one. If you're losing your s* in less than one month on step 1, you're going to need a shrink by the time this is over.

Don't attack the only community you have to share this with.

Be patient as you're working with government. It takes time... There have been cases where immigration process can take 1-2 years. It's part of the process and you're not alone in this.

I would stop relying on other people, in the same situation as you, to give you guidance. This forum is an open forum to discuss our personal experiences. Expecting legal advice or clarity in a forum where everyone else is going through the same journey, is a bit much.

If you need more clarity, perhaps consult a lawyer in your country who knows the process better and pay the retainer for the guidance. People here will tell you what they experience in their own journey. Its not unusual for others to experience something different with another agent... wait until you actually get your GC and travel out of the country. You get two different answers at the same border crossing, depending on the agent you talk to. This is just how it works and you have to be responsible to do your due diligence. This is a public forum where people try and support each other, but should not be giving legal advice and/or confirmation unless it's on the official immigration websites.

Your attorney will likely still tell you to wait because the government will do it in their own time. Remember, this isn't customer service... this is immigration and there is a process. You really have two choices... deal with it and continue to wait or you can give up and stop the process. Either way, I don't think the embassies or USCIS really cares. It's up to you to be patient and follow the process, like everyone else.

There have been a lot of confusion through the process for everyone. We find our way... keep asking, keep talking, but if you get down on people on a free open forum, chances are they aren't going to help you because they don't have to.
