I have received the I129F approval notice from NVC. My Fiances Application was sent to the American Consulate in Casablanca Morocco,on 3/30/2016. Can anyone give me any kind of information on what the next step will be or a waiting period for her to receive her Interview Notice or what to expect or any information what so ever will be appreciated. Thank you.

Congratulations on your petition approval. :D

The next step is to fill out the DS-160 form if you have not yet done so already. It can be found here: https://ceac.state.gov/GENNIV/

After filling out the DS-160, your fiancee should receive an email from the Casablanca consulate with instructions on when the interview will be scheduled and what to bring. This is known as Packet 3.

The consulate website is a good reference for what you will need to bring to the interview. You can see a list of items here: https://ma.usembassy.gov/visas/immigrant-visas/fiancee-visa/the-interview/

the next step is to wait for a couple of weeks then contact the ambassy by email asking for some news , if your interview is ready they will give an appointement letter and what u need to gather as document like : birth certificate , court records , police records , singlehood certificate and other proofs , then u need to schedule the medical exam with the physician and fill the DS 160 form ,

Good luck ;)

Did your attorney provide you with the DS-160 confirmation page? I would do as Mehdi suggested, as he went through this process very recently, and email the consulate asking if the case has been received .

Thank you.  Do I email the Consolate or the Embassy? Her appointment will be at the Consulate in Casablanca.
