Based on the laws coverning the Philippines as to my listing as his Father on birth certificate is completely legal and correct,  the reasoning of forcing an underage individual to be an American citizen and imposing that to get a visa we had to change his birth certificate to remove me was preposterous.  Also the Presumptive Parenthood rules as applied to fatherhood, that DNA cannot be forced and until proven differently a hand written confirmation by the Father as to parent on the reverse of a birth cert. is all that is required.  I demanded an accounting of the fact their website site has no such ruling or law. I wanted to see all of it in writing. End of story,  they have requested we return his passport?  This I assume could only mean they have changed their minds.
