both my lease and my wife's ends the last day of July, since we just got married, and it's really hard to sublease here. We are not living together, but we spend 3-4 nights a week together since I am still a student, graduating this may.

We literally live two blocks away (0.4 miles apart), so I am wondering if that will be a problem for the I-130? Do I need to write explanation why we don't live together? I just don't want to lie about anything in the I-130, so I dont wanna  say we living together.

Are you planning on living together once your leases are both finishes? If, so then I really don't see it being an issue. You can write a letter stating what you mentioned above and intend on living full time once your lease is up.
