Good afternoon!

Maybe anyone knows the answer:unsure:

What Californian time does USCIS usually updates K1 case status?

Here in Moscow I spend every hour to check their website and really started to feel myself obsessed about it. Waiting for any message after RFE response from 24th of March. is that normal? some people already got approved after rfe but we are still waiting. that's driving me nuts.

Is this for the I-129F? if so, RFEs can come at any time. Approvals normally come between 9 PM to 11 PM ET. Sometimes they are a bit sooner or even the next afternoon, but generally it's in that timeframe.

In CA time (PT), that would be 6 PM to 8 PM.

Ah, okay...they received your RFE already. The average time is about a week or so, but it also seems to vary heavily based on the nature of the RFE. Yeah, it's just a waiting game. Good luck.

So basically my bf is serving in AF and they were asking for his records. I heard USCIS is usually friendly to militaries so thats what is also growing my impatience  would maybe make things easier if he was deployed but no.
