I know this may have been asked before but just wondered if anyone could tell me that when my fiancé files the petition for me, and we include my children on it (who will also be applying for a visa and moving with me) do we need to send in passport photos for them too or not until visa interview stage. 

I can only find a requirement that the petitioner and beneficiary need to send passport photos in the first instance.

just want to make sure we get it right from the beginning and no RFEs :)

The children should technically also be considered "beneficiary" so I believe you should submit passport photos of all K1 and K2s :)

01/16/15 Consulate sent me packet to prepare for my interview/medical!

02/24/15 Visa Interview/APPROVED!!!!!!! (6 months!!)

Thank you for your replies. It's hard to know how to interpret it. It's not stated in the instructions so I'm inclined to say no, but they will be beneficiaries so that's what would make it a yes.

If anyone has been through the process with children already could you confirm if you did or didn't send photos and if it caused any issues?
