CASE STATUS UPDATE

I have the receipt # for the AOS and when I entered it on the USCIS status

update site I am getting an error message. The receipt# starts with MSC...is there

a different site to plug this into so i can get update on my case? Thanks as always

Did u just get your number? I had to wait a week before it recognized my case number. Your in the right place wait a little bit. They might have not put your case in just yet.

Did u just get your number? I had to wait a week before it recognized my case number. Your in the right place wait a little bit. They might have not put your case in just yet.

Yes, just got the number today....check was cashed on Friday. Thanks for your reply

Could be 1 of 2 things

- the case information has not yet been entered into the online system

- the MSC number on the back of the check is not the case number

that case # was read to me by one of the officers at USCIS....not by one of the people at the call center. I think that it's not entered into the system yet
