Hello everyone, I have been bothered and worried about this before and now this thing crossed inside my mind again awhile ago. My fiance said we're gonna be okay. I guess I just needed few more opinion. Well the thing is, in our I-129F at the part where we are asked to describe how we first met, my fiance stated that we met in Bohol. But then when I viewed my DS-160 Worksheet, I saw at the first part where I was asked about the City we meet and I put Cebu. I am confused whether they are asking me about the place we first met. I put Cebu because I never considered meeting him in Bohol last year as the day we first met because he was traveling with someone else that time. That meeting was more like just a "hi" "hello", exchanged FBs and only started communicating with him when I saw his status went to single again and turns out that we really like each other a lot and decided to officially meet last month. So yeah, we met officially last month, spend moments together and proposed to me in front of so many people on my brother's wedding. Will we be okay? I'm worried that because of that conflict, we will be denied? Thank you everyone in advance I will appreciate very much of whatever replies I will hear.. Good luck to all of us and may we all succeed in this very challenging journey.

Hello there.. Thank you very much for your reply. Yes, we are still waiting for NOA1, my fiance received a text on the 7th that NOA1 is already sent to his mail. I am aware of the DS-160 that is only required to be submitted when I am going to have the interview. Our preparer already prepared the The Form and I could fill it when that time arrives. I just happened to view the DS-160 Worksheet or should I say it is something that will serve me as my guide when I fill up the form on the future. I am worried that if I put Cebu as what was printed on my worksheet it will create havoc during the interview. I have not apply nor have plan applying for any other type of visa.. Anyway, again thank you very much for the response.. Maybe I should just try to just unload some of these worrying and just chillax..

Where you met = where you first met = where you officially met = Bohol.

Hello there.. Thank you for the reply..

Where we first met is in Bohol last year on July but he was travelling with someone else that time and I was with my cousin.. Just short chi-chat and exchange of contact info. Then last month we met again as a couple.. I did not think of Bohol as official because it's kinda awkward for me to think of that.. haha..

i get it now! So no need to worry. The question is where you first met and not where you first became a couple - so the answer is Bohol and that is what you should put on the DS-160 when it is time to fill it out and submit.
