Hello,

We just applied for Roc at the end of May. My husband received his first receipt in six days and then he received a Biometrics appointment 5 days after that. Is it after the Biometrics appointment letter that you will be notified if you receive another letter that you have to interview?

Thanks!

Yes.

Oh shoot.  Thought we would Escape another interview. Are interview for AOS was absolutely excruciating. They interrogated me first hour and a half and then with my husband for another hour. The interviewer  told us  that because of our  age difference he was  put on the case for suspected immigration fraud. It was so upsetting for me because it was so far from the truth. I suppose when it was exposed to month earlier that your Governors fiance married somebody prior to under false pretenses to get somebody their green card, I guess the office is going to be a hot on it? Needless to say by the time the interview completed I was shaking and sobbing. I really don't want to go through that again :-(

Usually not very common to get an interview for ROC, but of course depending on how much evidence you submitted. Even if your evidence is deemed insufficient to them, most of the time you will receive an RFE (request for further evidence) letter first, then after you respond with more evidence if they still think it's insufficient, that's when you might be getting an interview.

I wouldn't sweat it at this point. Best of luck!

You're not guaranteed to get an interview but if you did get one it would be after biometrics.
