Hey everyone! Been awhile since I posted last (Old account can't get access to it anymore)

I am in the middle of building my ROC, I can send my package off on May 9th 2017. I have these evidence.

  • Form I-751 + Check + Bio metric fee
  • Cover letter
  • Health Insurance and dental insurance through his work.
  • Lease for my car with me being the co-signer
  • 3 past cruises boarding passes + Photos. 1 boarding pass from 2015 and 2 cruises from 2016
  • Our trip to the UK boarding passes + Photos to prove it.
  • Our 2017 flights tickets to the UK to spend xmas with my family.
  • 2014,2015, 2016 IRS tax transcript (We filed jointly) all my W2 and his W2 since 2014.
  • My credit cars statement since I had my credit card since 2015 (Shows my address)
  • My bank statments and his bank statement from early 2015 to show that we both pay bills ( I have no bills in my name but I pay the car insurance and our at&T bill) We also send money to eachother via facebook for stuff he buys me when i'm at work etc (It shows on our bank statement)
  • A letter saying I am the beneficiary to his 401K
  • A copy of our AT&T plan together.
  • Copy of both out DL (Showing we reside at the same address)
  • Copy of front and back of my GC.
  •  2 affidavit from my family confirming that our marriage is real and we plan to spend xmas with them this year in the UK.
  • Christmas cards address to us both as a couple from ym family and his, birthday cards from me and my family to him.
  • Concerts tickets to see Lana Del Rey in 2015 and Kelly Clarkson in 2015
  • Our dog adoption papers signed by him +Photos of us and the dogs together.

Do you guys think this is enough evidence? I have read a lot of people's RFE'S and tried to provide everything they ask for. If there is anything else I can throw in there please let me know :)

I am in the middle of building my ROC, I can send my package off on May 9th 2017. I have these evidence.

  • Form I-751 + Check + Bio metric fee - Good :-)
  • Cover letter - Good
  • Health Insurance and dental insurance through his work. - Are you on his dental and health insurance?
  • Lease for my car with me being the co-signer  - Good
  • 3 past cruises boarding passes + Photos. 1 boarding pass from 2015 and 2 cruises from 2016 - Not needed for ROC - discard
  • Our trip to the UK boarding passes + Photos to prove it. - Not needed for ROC - discard
  • Our 2017 flights tickets to the UK to spend xmas with my family. - Not needed for ROC - discard
  • 2014,2015, 2016 IRS tax transcript (We filed jointly) all my W2 and his W2 since 2014. - Awesome!
  • My credit cars statement since I had my credit card since 2015 (Shows my address) - Not needed unless they are joint credit cards
  • My bank statments and his bank statement from early 2015 to show that we both pay bills ( I have no bills in my name but I pay the car insurance and our at&T bill) We also send money to eachother via facebook for stuff he buys me when i'm at work etc (It shows on our bank statement) - Do you have a joint bank account? This would be more desirable for ROC as all they are looking for is co-mingling joint finances
  • A letter saying I am the beneficiary to his 401K - Awesome!
  • A copy of our AT&T plan together. Good
  • Copy of both out DL (Showing we reside at the same address) Good
  • Copy of front and back of my GC. - Required :-)
  •  2 affidavit from my family confirming that our marriage is real and we plan to spend xmas with them this year in the UK. - Not needed but no harm to include
  • Christmas cards address to us both as a couple from ym family and his, birthday cards from me and my family to him. - Not needed for ROC - discard
  • Concerts tickets to see Lana Del Rey in 2015 and Kelly Clarkson in 2015 - Not needed for ROC LOL!!! discard
  • Our dog adoption papers signed by him +Photos of us and the dogs together. - definatly not needed unless it was a JOINT adoption and your name is on it also - discard

OP - All that is required for ROC is proof that you and your husband have co-mingling finances. Photos, tickets, receipts are absolutely not needed or are a requirement of the ROC  process.  Joint bank statements, Joint tenancy/mortgage agreement, Joint tax transcripts, joint credit cards, joint health insurance policies, Joint car notes, joint car insurance polices, Joint life insurance polices, Joint utility bills etc is what will be required.

Thank you for replying. He has a mortgage on the house but my name isn't on it. He has all the bills in his name because he set everything up before we got married and before I moved here. We don't have a joint bank account but I have statements of both of our banks showing that I pay the phone bill and car insurance and that we send money to eachother. ALL THE pictures are just evidence that we go on vacation together and that we do stuff together as a couple. No harm in sending them right? They're good photos 🤣

No harm in sending at all, just simply not a requirement at this stage of the game. Much better to write a cover letter explaining the above. This should be Ok :) You have some good evidence.

Yes we plan on writing a letter explains why I'm not on the house or the utility bills. So we don't get an RFE for something we can't provide! Thank you for replying and taking the time to help us out 🙌🏻
