Uscis website processing times not updated ??

My application I sent in for my fiancé was accepted in Texas 12/27/16 , and from there I got a letter noa1 saying it's gone to California for processing dated on 1/10/17 ,   

 

After a month i call to make sure everything is ok ... they tell me they are working on October 15th applications ...  so I'm thinking 2 months more for the noa2.  ... so I call again end of march ... same story they are still on October 15 !   I'm confused now ...    

 

so I checked uscis website , and sure enough it says they are working on October 15 2016 applications   . 

 

then I checked on visa journey  ... and it has a chart with a average time to get the noa2 at 93 days ...  out of the Cali processing center   

 

which would mean any day this week for my application...     

 

so is the uscis website  processing times site not being updated ???  

 

Im going back to Philippines in a few weeks  ... and would love some good news..   so what's the actually wait times for the noa2 out of Cali ???

The standard processing goal is usually six months (don't count the weekends or holidays). That doesn't mean your case will be seen to in that timeframe, as it may be seen to faster or even longer depending on certain factors. There is not much you can do but just continue waiting. You cannot even really dig deeper about the case until you are well outside of normal processing time.

Agree with above. Actual wait times are currently in the 3-4 month range for most people, but some cases are in the 5 or 6 month range still.

4 month range would be perfect for me. Anything outside of 4 months I would have to transfer my fiancees petition to another embassy which will make the whole process longer.

Right. Then 1 month for USCIS -> NVC -> embassy on average. Then however long the embassy takes to do processing and schedule the interview.

 

Ugh...embassy transfers. I'm in thew same boat right now. My fiancee is finishing her job in KSA soon and we've been wanting to transfer to her home country. I sent letters to USCIS, called USCIS, called NVC about 15 times and spoke with a supervisor, my fiancee called the embassy, etc. Pretty much everybody gives a different response but nobody is actually able to do it at NVC anymore. We have to wait for it to go to the embassy then have them transfer the petition to the new embassy. No ETA (weeks? months?). You definitely want to avoid having to do a transfer.

At this point i really will not have a choice. She is hopeful and I am being realistic. I will wait until the NOA2 before i decide.
