Wow! The new form is even lengthier  Question 34/34a about in-person meeting is now all the way down at 53 and 54. At least they are clearer about it being about in-person meeting.

The new form asks about ethnicity, race and physical traits too.

Thank you for sharing :)

For my I-129F, K-1, AOS, EAD, AP and ROC detailed timelines, please refer to my timeline page :)

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.

My sincerest gratitude to all VJers, especially the late geowrian.

BTW. Someone earlier had a question about the Philippine address that there was not enough room. The form now address' this with province and country as well as other added address lines.

I'm about to fill out the forms and I was going to use the new forms. 4/10/17. I am very confused.  The instructions on the 129-F do not talk about the G-325A.  The G-325A is not listed on the USCIS 129-F page anymore. But the checklist on the page includes the G-325A.  Is the G-325A required now with the 4/10/17 form?

What is this link to a page called the Filipino-American Visitor Center?  Is this a web site by the US Embassy and Philippine Government?

It's a website that I put together to help "newbie's" but some of the information is getting stale as I have not updated it lately.  You may want to use Hank's site if you want information in processing a K1 through the Philippines. Here is the link.  BTW, always start a new topic and not piggy back on a subject that is different then yours.  You'll get more eyes on the topic and possibly the answer to your question.

Also, the G-325A is a required document when filing the I129f.

Ok Thanks. I'm all set. I'd rather have an up to date site. I looked at the Hank site and it seems very not user friendly. I'll stick with here and the government site and a couple other new sites I found. Thanks.

I agree. His website has the most current information but it's not in a concise order for a newbie to understand. I wouldn't ignore it completly. If you find other websites, why not share for others to use. Sharing is what helps others.

The information on the visa connection site is up to date, may not be pretty, but there is no outdated information that I am aware of.  If there is outdated info please point it out and it will be updated in short order.

For sure the site is not pretty, and it could use a better design - with this I totally agree.    I will work on this.

Just the same ~ You follow it, you will get everything done in short order.

I pay for the domain, I pay for the hosting.  This month so far there have been 3,691 hits from the USA and 1,735 from the Philippines.    ... some just like the facts, ma'am.  ;)

Thanks for clicking the ads and the contribute button ...   there aren't any.
