I came with an F1 visa but not in school anymore since december,got married in February ,just sent my AOS papers last week , the situation is this i've been sued in small claims court (i used to rent a room and always paid in cash but now he is claming i didn't paid him) , a judge tv show called me saying that they want me to be on the show, and they would pay me if i win the case (i'm sure i'm gonna win because i have enough evidence) so my question is, would i have any problems with USCIS if they show gives me the money if i win the case? since it's not a job and even if i win in regular court i would get the money too. Any suggestion or advice?

I wouldn't even subject myself to one of the tv court shows... why even jeopardize yourself for a fairly small payment from them...

Hi! It's not from the small payment, its for the total judgment(i filled a countersuit for 3k due to difamation and harrasment) and i know this guy don't have any money to pay me since he is an alcoholic and probably is just suing me to see if he can get more money for alcohol. If i go to the show they would pay me for the judgment, in the other hand if i go to regular court i would never see the money.

You're allowed to earn income while in the US. You're not allowed to work. While I'm not too familiar with the details of those court shows (I do watch them regularly!), my understanding is they are providing legally binding arbitration...not employment. As such, I don't see the issue.
