Hello!!! Is it possible the consulate will gonna asked us how much the income of the petetioner?  Do we really need to know?

The petitioner will need to provide an I-134 (Affidavit of Support) showing that he can support you in the US. This will also need supporting documentation such as tax transcripts, paystubs, letters from his employer, etc. This is information the beneficiary will present at the interview.

 

I'm doubtful thew CO will ask the beneficiary how much the petitioner makes as part of questioning. But they may ask what the petitioner does for a living.

Like above, don't think they will ask you about specific income amount, but they definately may ask about what the petitioner does for work, and what company they work for, ect.

 

These are basic things the CO will assume you should have at least basic knowledge of. Once the petitioner sends you the I-134 and supporting documents anyways you will know what they make anyways haha.

The U.S. Embassy Manila doesn't always ask for them, but it's best to go to your interview prepared with an I-134 and current income tax return / W2 (or a tax transcript).
