Any recent applicants for ROC based on extreme cruelty waiver?

I have submitted my i751 in July 2016. Is there anybody here who has submitted something similar? 

 

would like to know how your experience has been? Did you receive any RFE or Interview? What do they check for during interview? Did you take an immigration lawyer along with you for interview?

 

I am very scared and nervous not knowing what lies ahead. Any help is highly appreciated! Good luck.

Last year I had several l-l751 waivers  based on extreme cruelty approved,  3 women received the GC  without interview. All cases were approved without  RFE  and everyone submitted a psychological  evaluation..

As always I am grateful for your prompt response. Would like to know if it is possible for you to take up my case professionally? I have an immigration lawyer who helped me file i751, but would be a great help if I can have you as my lawyer for this case. Please let me know.

 

I really need help and am scared to go through this journey all alone.

My agenda is fully booked. I am not handling immigration cases until next year.  I help victims of DV here on VJ and  other sites without any charges, but I do not represent them before the USCIS.

Since I am a July 2016 filer at VSC, there is a possibility that my case may turn up at USCIS by 2018. Can you please assist me if that turns out to be the situation?

 

Also, do you suggest any immigration lawyer who specializes in cases of these nature? Please feel free to send me a personal message if we should not be discussing it on the forum.
