Applying for parents I130 , I 485, and I 765 concurrent filing

Hello everyone!

I am new at applications, I had mine done through a law office before but since now I'm petitioning for both parents I am trying to do this on my own.
I have a few questions I would appreciate SO MUCH if anyone could help me...

 

1. if my taxes are filed jointly with my husband, will he too have to fill out a form when filling out the I864 affidavit of support or just me?
2. What do I need to be able to fill out on a computer each form rather than by hand? My hand-writing is horrible...

3. With all the new forms, will I need G-325A for each of them still nor not anymore?

4. On form I765 question 15. asks current immigration status...what does it actually mean?

5. On form I765 question 16 asks for the eligibility category, If it is C9 then I do not have to worry about questions 17,18, 19 correct?

6. On form I485 What does "Current USCIS status" refer to and what does the "expires on" refer to? All forms will be filed concurrently.

 

I am embarrassed I'm having to ask so many questions but this seems like a very supportive group of people and I am spending too many nights not sleeping well from fear I'll fill them out wrong and will be denied. Thank you all and many blessing to you all!
