PERM Approved And Company want file I485

Hi All,

I came at USA 2012 for MBA and after that I got my H1B approved Oct 2016 .  Now my PERM got approved. Now my employer want me to apply I40(premium). I was never been out of status, no criminal record.

 

 

Now my question is

1. can i apply for I485 with I140 (i am guessing Bangladesh Priority date is current for EB2, any one can confirm? ) ?

2. How long it will take to get I485 approved?

3. Do i need to apply for green-card EAD separately other than I140 and I485 ?

4. My current H1b will be expired at Oct 2017, if i apply for extension, will it affect the green card process?

5. If i get the Green card EAD before Oct 2017(is it possible?) do i need to apply for extension ?

6. Is there any Premium service for I485?

Your Employers Lawyer will handle all the paper work onon behalf of your Employer, so from your perspective not a lot to do.
