HELP with new i-130 2017 version...Part 5 question 1?!?!

Hi everyone, new on here! A year and a half ago my husband and I filed for a fiance visa and got (ughhh!!) declined. So, after our beautiful Mexican wedding a few months ago, we are filling out the new 2017 i-130 right now. Which is tough because there's no samples or any help online about the new one. I'm stuck on part 5 question 1 where it asks if I've filled out a petition before, which obviously yes...but I don't understand what the place of filing is referring to...the city where I literally sent the packet out or the lockbox where I sent it to possibly? As well as the date of filing....when I sent it out or when they received it or maybe when I got the receipt? Either way it's going to be hard to remember any of those dates when I can't even remember where I put my glasses this morning! Thanks for any responses in advance--help much needed!:)

They mean the place from where you filed the petition (your city+state). And the date of filing is when you sent the documents to them.

N400 filed - online: 10/30/2020

NOA: 11/02/2020

Bio reuse: 12/30/2020

USCIS changed to "Interview Scheduled": 06/07/2021

Interview Date: 07/14/2021 Approved!

USCIS changed to "Oath Ceremony will be scheduled": 07/15/2021

USCIS changed to "Oath Ceremony notice mailed": 07/20/2021

Oath Ceremony: 08/06/2021 🇺🇸

May 3, 2011: Received NOA1 hardcopy in mail
July 26, 2011: Received NOA2 via text/email!!!
July 30, 2011: Received NOA2 hardcopy in mail
August 8, 2011: NVC received file
September 1, 2011: NVC case number assigned
September 2, 2011: AOS invoice received, OPTIN email for EP sent
September 7, 2011: Paid AOS bill (payment portal showed PAID on September 9, 2011)
September 8, 2011: OPTIN email accepted, GZO number assigned
September 10, 2011: Emailed AOS package
