Hey everyone, visajourney has been good to us over the past few years with my wife's AOS, so I hope we can get help once more :)

I have a few last minute questions about the i751 packet before i send it out today/tomorrow. Paranoia is setting in, so I just need confirmation that this is decent. Thank you all in advance!

1. On the i751 form, do I need to fill out every blank form with an N/A like I did for my wife's i129f and i130? Or just leave them blank if they're not pertinent?

2. Do you think this is enough evidence? 2 checks with the amounts, in both our names/address; enlarged and original size permanent resident card, marriage certificate, driver's licenses showing same residence, 2 years tax returns with transcripts showing both names/addresses, 3 affidavits, credit card statement showing both using the account, 1 year checking account statements showing both using account to deposit from work, copy of joint credit cards (with all except last 4 numbers blacked out), copy of joint debit cards with numbers blacked out, front page of 2 years lease agreements/renewals, showing both names and address, nationwide renter's insurance showing this address, 6 months comcast/power bills showing name/address, car insurance showing both of us insured, health insurance showing same account, copy of work benefits (medical, life, etc) showing beneficiary; 13 photos showing us at various events.

3. As far as fasteners or clips, don't use paperclips? I have seen people talking about the acco or bulldog clips. Those are fine? And do you think I NEED tabs on them? There's a lot of sections, but I don't want to have the tabs stop it from fitting in an envelope/package. I also heard people talking about hole punching. Where do I do that? Is that necessary?

4. I have a decent stack of papers here, maybe 1in thick. How would you recommend I ship this? I don't want to have to send in a box, because then I'd have to put a LOT of packing in there, but it won't fit in a standard folder either. Any suggestions?

5. Do I need to print on the top of every page, the A number, name, DOB, etc? I think I remember doing that for either the 129f or i130. Are you all doing that for the i751?

Thanks everyone!

If you are using ACCO fasteners, punch two holes in the TOP of the pages, and put tabs on the BOTTOM of the pages.  They actually like the tabs - it helps them tremendously.  And the tabs on the bottom work fine for their folders.

If you have used bull clips or ACCO fasteners, then it won't matter if your stack rattles around in the box.

If you have any really crucial documents that don't have one or both of your names on it - then write the A number.  I did not go crazy with this.

Your list looks pretty good!
