Additional pay on medical for having a tattoo?

Not true at all. As long as the tattooos are not gang related you should have any problems.

I have seen St. Luke's refer people with lots of tattoos to their psych doctor.  It takes an hour or less and, if I remember correctly, it costs an extra Php1000.  I've never seen the St. Lukes psych doctor give anyone grief because of their tattoos.  Good luck with your visa journey.

I know of a fair number with tattoos, there is not an extra fee for the medical (extensive tattoos, like said, could result in an evaluation), you will have no issues.
